In Soroni Grove
Situated on the outskirts of village Soroni within an easy reach. Near the main road, just turn in at the local bakery of Grandpa (Παππου).
Here, the Sunset side of the island enjoys the climate of its own. Famous Aegean winds keep our summer fresh. Coming from North West theυ speed down by hitting kites and sails first, carelessly washing sand off the shore, then finally reaching the nearby valleys and slopes. Being 1,5 km away from the sea we still follow the marine rhythm of temperatures and humidity.
Outskirts of Soroni on one side, close neighbourhood of the forest on the other. Those settings make a truly romantic and serene place for the Grove. While our olives are taken care with great love, openness and responsibility to nature.

It happened that I became an owner of a medium-sized olive grove. Still, it is not about me. It is about passion, patience and persistence of those farmers and producers who keep this process alive. And in its best possible shape. My personal path is the same: through care and manifold effort to produce the oil we love.
As long as I remember myself, the depth of thought was my second nature. When olive came into my life, I treated it in the same deep fashion. Though I have never imagined how powerful this plant can be. And how deeply the lungs of Greek culture are intertwined with olive veins.
As a certified olive oil taster I embrace the entire oil making process. It is present every time, while I warm up the next sample in my palm.
Critical load on education side: olive oil taster certified by O. N. A. O. O. (Italy) and an M.A. Diploma in Social Anthropology.


Olive trees count ages. Currently, I am a small part of their life sharing this experience with you.
